Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) Night Supervisor to support our Special Services team. This individual will assist the Operations Manager, in overseeing nightly floor work operations, ensuring job quality, and improving communication between technicians, management, and customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in floor maintenance (carpet cleaning, strip and wax, power washing, and emergency water extractions) and strong leadership skills to develop team members effectively.

Assist in managing a team of technicians, providing support, training, and mentorship.
Ensure that each job is completed efficiently, meeting quality standards.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and career growth.
Foster a team environment that prioritizes accountability, safety, and job excellence.
Job Coordination & Communication
Ensure job details, schedule adjustments, and critical information are clearly relayed to the team.
Provide real-time updates on job progress, challenges, and completion status using CleanTelligent/Otuvy.
Enhance follow-up procedures for job completion and customer satisfaction.
Quality Control & Process Improvement
Conduct post-job quality inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.
Implement structured learning from completed jobs, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
Work with Operations Manager to standardize reporting and ensure clear, detailed job documentation.
Gather feedback from both customers and technicians to continuously improve service quality.
Operational Efficiency
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Ensure that job sites are properly prepared, equipment is maintained, and technicians follow best practices.
Respond to and manage emergency jobs (e.g., water extractions) with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Your Background:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in floor maintenance services (carpet cleaning, strip and wax, power washing, emergency response, etc.).
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
Familiarity with job tracking systems such as CleanTelligent/Otuvy is a plus.
Ability to work overnight shifts and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
