Site Overview

Location: 11209–11211 N Tatum Ridge, Scottsdale, AZ
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Environment: Professional office setting with high-end clientele and premium finishes.
Expectation: Staff must present themselves with professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work. This is a white glove service environment where appearance, communication, and discretion matter just as much as cleanliness.

Appearance & Conduct

Uniform: Clean, well-fitted EDGE uniform. Freshly laundered daily. Optional: black gloves or white detail cloth for polishing as a visual cue of “white glove” standards.
Grooming: Hair neatly styled, no visible tattoos or piercings (unless approved), minimal or neutral makeup, clean shoes.
Demeanor: Friendly but not overly casual. Greet tenants and visitors with a smile, eye contact, and a polite “Good morning/afternoon.”
Communication: Clear, respectful, and professional. Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor immediately — do not discuss internal matters with tenants.

Service Expectations

Restroom Detail: No water spots, soap buildup, or fingerprints on faucets or dispensers. Use fresh towels and check for odors.
Common Areas: High-touch surfaces should shine. Furniture straightened, trash removed promptly, and no visible dust.
Lobbies/Entrances: Fingerprints removed from glass doors, rugs aligned, polished finishes maintained throughout the day.
Kitchen/Break Rooms: Crumbs, spills, and coffee stains should be addressed quickly. Surfaces must be sanitized and spotless.

Cleaning Schedule & Flexibility
While a structured cleaning schedule will be provided and followed daily, flexibility is essential at this site. The client may occasionally request that the day porter step away from routine tasks to assist with other priority needs — such as helping with boxes, addressing unexpected messes, or supporting tenant requests.

Our Expectations:
- Staff must remain approachable and responsive throughout the shift.
- When asked to assist outside the routine, the employee should do so promptly, professionally, and with a helpful attitude.
- After assisting, the employee should return to the cleaning schedule and inform the supervisor if any tasks were delayed as a result.

Flexibility, responsiveness, and a positive, can-do attitude are key components of providing concierge-level service at this site.

Additional Notes

Pride in Presentation: Staff should look like they belong in a luxury hotel or corporate headquarters.
Confidentiality: Treat all conversations and office activities as private. No photos, no lingering near meetings.
Feedback Welcome: We’re committed to training and excellence. If there’s anything unclear, ask your supervisor or request additional coaching.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
